After purchasing my food with my family everyone paid 25 cents for a cup specifically for water! I had my own water bottle that I brought with me. After eating I decided I’d pay for a cup as well. I walked up to the counter asked for a cup for water was handing them the 25 cents and I was told “we don’t give out free cups” I then stated I know that, that is why I am handing you all the 25 cents. They stated it’s 27 cents ! They charged my family 25 cents cups by a mistake … a bunch of non sense over 2 Pennie’s . I would never want to pay money to a company that operates like that again .

Staff gets ur order wrong and the owner gets mad you want your money back and not the food. Claims she waste food and the food container. I wasted time and asked to go there two times, didn’t get to eat lunch because you have to take all the food back if you want a remake or refund. She’s so worried about her $$ she doesn’t take the time to properly train her staff. I told them four times, two times to two different employees, that I want my vegetables well done and I got to work and they were raw!! This is not a customer service friendly establishment. Do not support them, all they care about is their profit! I have know the owner for over 20 yrs, if this is how she treats me, I wonder how she treats customers she doesn’t know. I will never buy food there again!! you should not either!

My fried rice was extremely bland, looked like regular white rice sprinkled with soy sauce never seen a wok. I asked politely to both cashiers for different rice to be prepared correctly, owner got involved told me I was wrong and do not know what fried rice is . Would not give me different food or a refund. Lost a long time customer over .50 cent of rice. I also had a hibachi steak entree, they asked how I would like my steak prepared. Rare since you’re asking. I get my meal steak is well done, and guess what ? The owner will not have it recooked replaced or give me a refund. Food was extremely bland had no seasoning or marinades whatsoever. Don’t waste your money

Well unfortunately my once used to be favorite place is going to be no longer because I recently ordered a filet mignon and chicken plate from this location and did not receive the chicken so I called them to find out what they would be willing to do and the only thing they would be willing to do is have me drive all the way back up there with my plates in hand so they can inspect to make sure that I'm not lying even though I offered to do video and picture since I'm sitting down eating my food at the current moment which is why I noticed that I was missing my chicken and since that wasn't good enough they would rather risk losing business with an ongoing customer of over 20 years then find some way to rectify the situation so I would just say that everybody else check your orders before you walk out the door because they don't care anymore

I’ve been going to this place for years and I’ve never had any complaints! Fast and easy takeout, plenty of options, and the food is good. I’ve tried a lot of things but I especially like the hibachi trays that come with the veggies. They load your plate with onions or zucchini, unless you tell them light/no onions/zucchini. Their dumplings are really good and crispy and the country boy sushi roll is good as well. Nice spot for lunch or take out dinner for sure!
